Refund Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We are so confident in our products, that we offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
 

• We offer refunds exclusively if a product is damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, from the day item was received.
• For returns, please email info@theravelight.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Or you can go to the "Contact Us" page and fill out your information.
• If Your Return is accepted, you will receive a full refund, a new shipment, or an exchange for your order.

Note- We do not provide refunds for failed deliveries caused by a customer entering in the wrong shipping address, so please be mindful & thorough !
